Our journey with the hospitality industry began from a place of deep appreciation for the moments it creates, the connections it fosters, and the joy it can bring into people's lives. Over time we have come to observe how the industry is the foundation for some of life’s most meaningful experiences -- laughter shared over meals, the warmth of welcoming spaces, and the lasting impressions they leave behind.

Peter’s lifelong hospitality career includes a vast array of leadership positions. His corporate experience covers luxury, CFO of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, business strategy, Managing Director of the Marriott/Starwood integration and independent hotels, CEO of Design Hotels.
During his time at Ritz-Carlton, Peter gained a deep understanding of the luxury industry and international operations. While leading the integration, Peter witnessed the significant impact platforms can have on business success. Peter’s last corporate role as the CEO of Design Hotels, a handpicked portfolio of independent hotels, solidified his belief in the power of community and curated experiences.

Adam brings over 22 years of experience in consumer marketing, customer relationship servicing, and business development to the industry. Most recently as a Partner at Partners + Alchemy, he provided bespoke solutions to hospitably clients ranging from pre-development, operational recommendations, marketing, and customer experience requirements.
Previously, Adam founded Jackal+Co., a consultancy group that advised authentic hotels and restaurants on brand growth, consumer servicing and culture programming. Adam served as CMO at Hotel Insider, where he was responsible for all brand redevelopment, product strategy, customer relationship management, brand partnerships, and more.

Ryan Helkowski joined Collectio following seven years at Related Companies, where he specialized in ground-up development of mixed-use projects including Hudson Yards and Columbus Circle.
His expertise spans project management, retail leasing, hospitality development, and residential sales. Ryan oversaw the development and management for WS New York & ZZ’s Club New York.

Honor is a hospitality leader and project manager with over a decade of experience launching and establishing private clubs and luxury hospitality concepts across the Southeast. She has directed multimillion-dollar projects and pre-opening operations, including her role as Director of Operations at Common House. With a degree in Hospitality Management, Honor specializes in guiding new concepts from vision to market through operational strategy and project execution.

Tanya Watia brings over 15 years of expertise in luxury hospitality and private members clubs. At Soho House & Co, she launched clubs in Hong Kong and Mumbai and built virtual communities across Asia.
At COMO Hotels & Resorts, Tanya managed partnerships, loyalty programs, and CRM strategies, drawing on her digital marketing work with Club 21’s luxury brands. Most recently, at Six Senses, she developed private club strategies and led wellness retreats and virtual programming, demonstrating her ability to create vibrant, innovative communities.
