Collectio was engaged by ownership to create and manage a private membership club within a historic hospitality property, guiding the project from concept development through ongoing operations. In collaboration with the hotel and F&B teams, we shaped a locally rooted club featuring curated dining, bespoke events, and a distinguished member community.
